WHO ARE WE?
I have been working in financial services for over 30 years. I started at Abbey Life Insurance company in London in 1990, then became group mortgage manager in a Kent based estate agent. In 1998, I became an independent financial advisor specialising in the mortgage market. I then formed Phoenix Whitstable Ltd in 2003, with the help of my wife Andrea, who organises the administrative and office management tasks.

We work on personal recommendations and have a successful client base of both new and existing customers. We have simple solutions to most problems with a personal, friendly and efficient service, with no fuss and little jargon.

My name is Sam Reardon, and I've dedicated nearly a decade to the banking sector, with a significant portion spent as a mortgage advisor serving the Kent community. Having entered the industry directly after graduating with a Finance degree, I've developed a solid foundation of expertise. Following the arrival of my son, I sought a role that allowed for greater work-life balance while still utilising my financial background, leading me to support Tim and Andrea.
